At SouqThai, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, subject to the terms below:
✅ Eligibility for Returns:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including all seals, tags, and accessories.
- Returns are accepted for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective products
- Expired products (if not clearly communicated) - Perishable goods, intimate hygiene items, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or wrong.
📩 How to Request a Return:
- Email support@souqthai.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product(s), packaging, and invoice - Wait for approval and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Securely pack the item and ship it back with the RA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered by SouqThai.
💳 Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the product was returned due to a fault or mistake by SouqThai, full refund including shipping will be processed.
