At SouqThai, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including all seals, tags, and accessories.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    - Wrong item delivered
    - Damaged or defective products
    - Expired products (if not clearly communicated)
  • Perishable goods, intimate hygiene items, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or wrong.

📩 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email support@souqthai.com with:
    - Order number
    - Reason for return
    - Photos of the product(s), packaging, and invoice
  2. Wait for approval and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA).
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back with the RA number.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered by SouqThai.

💳 Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the product was returned due to a fault or mistake by SouqThai, full refund including shipping will be processed.
